This refund policy applies to purchases of FreshExe QR Pro from Fresh Streams Works Ltd. The free plan requires no payment and is unaffected by this policy.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, including for change of mind. This applies to both monthly and annual Pro subscriptions.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@freshexe.com and we will help arrange it. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations and renewals
You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from the pricing page using “Manage subscription”, or through Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal charge was unintended, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer law, or under Paddle’s refund policy.
